Honor [S.S.B] and ΞSBGΞ

[S.S.B] and ΞSBGΞ are staples of the Mafia Wars community.  [S.S.B] and ΞSBGΞ have "Fought and Earned" the respect of the Mafia Wars community.  Clan history extends back to the beginning of Mafia Wars including battling during the Mafia Wars World Wars.  We have a faithful following of Mafia Wars clans and individual players.  As a veteran of Mafia Wars, many clans have evolved from our existence.  Once separate clans, [S.S.B] united forces with ΞSBGΞ August '2011.  ΞSBGΞ united forces with {τHΦR}, joining our fighters together December '2012.

As Mafia Wars changed, so did we.  The base of Mafia Wars players has changed drastically over the past few years.  There is no clear vision where Mafia Wars is heading.  One definite happening, it will never be as it once was.  The struggle of clans and players continue as each search to find a happy medium between what Mafia Wars once was and what Mafia Wars is now.    

[S.S.B] and ΞSBGΞ , two prestige founding clans of Mafia Wars, will forever permeate the Mafia Wars Community and the hearts of die hard Mafiosi.  To Honor the Historical [S.S.B] and ΞSBGΞ, we are opening our Mafia Wars red tag family to all [S.S.B] and ΞSBGΞ alumni and other Mafia Wars players.  No FaceBook Clan pages or support.  No Requirements to join.  No Rules.  No Guidelines.  No Alliances.  No Posting Requirements.  No Name/Tag Change.  Play your game the way you want, when you want.  Looking forward, (Zynga allowing) our red tag Mafia Wars family names will be updated to represent [S.S.B] and ΞSBGΞ alumni status.

Power Ups Added to the Daily Take

Special thanks to Mafia Wars Loot Lady for the information.
Zynga is going all out to get players in the Arena and they have added Power Ups to the Daily Take. Unfortunately, Power Ups don’t help much in a feature dominated by strong players. So far all Power Ups except the Drained and Stamina Refill have been discovered. It wouldn’t surprise me if Zynga omitted the Arena Stamina Refill because most players use them outside of the Arena. Please let us know if you spot one two missing items.

Episode 221: Dwindling Player Base Causes More Drama

Pete and Jen are without Jana but manage to get by. The dwindling player base has created unnecessary drama as many players believe they are targets when in realty they are just showing up on the fight list more frequently. There are a few more useful Spocklets and many useless Events. Jen discusses changes in the Arena and why this feature has been ignored by the majority and has become the playground for the power accounts.

Limited Time Starter Pack 98% Off

ICE SEASON 24

Ice Season 24 is now underway. Nothing but the loot has changed. We need to get 1,000 ices in 7 days to fully master the Diamond Level. If you get 150 ices per day for Family Progression, you should have no troubles. The good news is that fake ices earned in the Arena count so this season should be the easiest one of all. 

Zynga didn’t bother to update their in game instructions to explain that an ice can also be a reward in the Arena. Because there is a new element to the game, it should be explained. 

If you beat up on the same target, the Bully Throttle will be triggered. Ices to a specific target which are gained while the Bully Throttle is active still count towards your profile statistics and Family Progression.

Ice Season tier mastery does not grant you a badge or loot item until the season is over so don’t freak out if you don’t see the reward in your inventory. At the end, you will get the Ice Badge for whatever tier you are on when the event expires and a Manatee for whatever tier you fully mastered. The stats of this item on each level are shown below.

Along the way, you get small rewards for reaching ice milestones. They are the same ones for the previous 23 Ice Seasons.

It’s possible this item is for a 2X Mastery Event but currently there is no increased mastery in this destination. Maybe it’s on a delay. If this item helps you, take advantage of your Lockpick Bonus and try to get as many as you can in case it's a premature release or a mistake.
